The Crate Discharger is an automatic crate unloading machine designed to transfer fruits and vegetables from plastic crates into processing lines through a controlled tipping and conveying process.

Step 1: Crate Loading
Filled crates are positioned onto the loading area of the machine.

Step 2: Lifting and Tipping
The lifting mechanism raises and rotates the crate to discharge the products.

Step 3: Controlled Product Transfer
Products move through the unloading area and transfer onto the receiving conveyor.

Step 4: Empty Crate Recovery
Empty crates are collected or returned for reuse according to the production layout.
